Deep Cleaner & Security — Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

Deep Cleaner & Security (referred to throughout as "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is built to help you free up storage, remove junk files, and keep your device running smoothly and securely. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what information the App obtains, why we obtain it, and the choices available to you. By installing or continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

The short version We do not sell your personal information. Data we obtain is used to operate the App, keep it secure, understand how it performs, and — where you have not opted out — to support advertising that keeps the App free. Full details are below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to Deep Cleaner & Security and any related services, features, or companion tools we offer for download through the Google Play Store (together, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party apps, websites, or services that may be linked from within the Services; those are governed by their own privacy notices.

2. Data We Obtain

2.1 Device and Connection Data

To keep the App functioning correctly across the wide range of Android devices in use, we automatically obtain technical details about your device and network each time you use the Services. This may include: SDK, API, and JavaScript code versions; IP address; platform and application identifiers; application version and distribution channel; a device identifier unique to your installation; manufacturer and operating system version; language and time zone settings; network connection type (cellular, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.); processor and battery usage; screen resolution; memory and storage usage; SIM carrier and SIM country; release status on Google Play; and identifiers related to ad delivery and placement.

We associate the technical data described above with the Android ID assigned to your device. Because this allows us to recognize your device over time — including for advertising purposes — we treat it as personal information under this Policy.

2.2 App Usage & Diagnostic Data

We also obtain information about how you interact with the App, including: which screens you open and in what order; how long you spend on a given screen; the date and time of requests; how often you launch the App; the status of permissions you've granted; whether specific features are functioning normally; the App's package name; the timestamp of your first launch; your device brand and model; your network status; a Firebase-assigned device identifier; and your SIM country. Advertising partners integrated into the App may also read or set cookies and similar identifiers for measurement purposes.

This usage information is shared only with vetted analytics processors — currently Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, and Snowball — and is used strictly to improve the App and evaluate advertising performance. We do not sell this information to third parties or use it for any purpose beyond product improvement and ad measurement.

2.3 Information You Choose to Provide

Separately, you may voluntarily give us information directly — for example, an email address when contacting support, the text of a support request, or answers to an in-app survey. We use this only to respond to you and improve the Services.

3. Advertising Identifiers & Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates software development kits ("SDKs") from analytics and advertising partners. Depending on which partners are active, these SDKs may independently access: your Google Advertising ID; general demographic signals derived from your IP address; anti-fraud signals (for example, to detect click fraud); device-level data such as device type and country; and data used to deliver, target, or measure advertising. Some partners may also set or read cookies for these purposes.

Our current analytics partners include Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, and Snowball. Our current advertising partners include AdMob, AppLovin & MAX, Meta (Facebook), Fyber, InMobi, Mintegral, Pangle, TopOn, Unity, and Vungle. Each of these companies governs its own data practices independently of us — we encourage you to review their individual privacy notices, linked in Section 13 below.

Your Android Advertising ID is used exclusively to personalize ads and support analytics. On its own, the advertising identifier is not tied to information that identifies you personally, and it is not linked to any persistent device identifier beyond its advertising use.

4. App Permissions We Request

Because Deep Cleaner & Security is a storage-cleaning and device-security tool, several permissions are central to how the App functions. You can decline or later revoke any permission through your device's Settings app, though doing so may limit or disable the related feature.

5. How We Use Your Data

5.1 Operating and Delivering the Services

We process data as necessary to let you install and use the App, operate its cleaning and security features, and deliver the specific functions you request.

5.2 Improving and Personalizing Your Experience

We have a legitimate interest in using data to develop and refine the App, understand how features are used, manage support interactions, tailor your in-app experience, respond to your questions, and send service-related messages such as updates or security alerts.

5.3 Advertising and Marketing

Where permitted, we and our advertising partners use identifiers such as your ad ID, general country, region, language, and interaction data to deliver and measure personalized advertising. By continuing to use the App after accepting this Policy, you consent to this processing unless you opt out through your device's ad settings. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of our advertising partners and encourage you to review their policies directly.

5.4 Security, Fraud Prevention, and Abuse Detection

Keeping the App and its users safe is a priority. We process data as necessary to monitor for misuse, detect and prevent fraud, and take action against accounts or behavior that violates our terms. Despite these efforts, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection for any information transmitted through the Services.

For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases under the GDPR or equivalent law: performance of our contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests (such as securing the Services or communicating with you about them), balanced against your rights; and your consent, such as for certain cookies or advertising uses. Where processing depends on a contract or legal requirement, providing the relevant data may be necessary for you to use certain features of the App.

7. Who We Share Data With

We disclose data to the analytics and advertising partners identified in Section 3, who may use it to display advertisements, measure engagement, and understand usage patterns in order to improve their own services. Any such partner's further use of data is governed by that partner's own privacy policy, not this one.

8. Data Security & Retention

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including encryption in transit where applicable, access restrictions limiting who within our organization can view data, and routine monitoring of our systems. We also require service providers who process data on our behalf to maintain comparable safeguards.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize the relevant data unless retention is required by law. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we encourage you to use caution when sharing information through any online service.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise any of them, contact us at help@yuexiqf.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and certain rights may be limited where the law permits — for example, where disclosure is restricted by law, would infringe someone else's privacy, or where a request is manifestly excessive.

If we share your data with a third party and you later ask us to correct, restrict, or delete it, we will pass that request along to the relevant third party unless doing so is impossible or requires disproportionate effort.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you additional rights described below. If you do not reside in California, this section does not apply to you — see Section 9 instead.

To submit a verifiable request, contact us at help@yuexiqf.com. Only you, or someone you've authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request, and we limit requests for information to twice within a 12-month period. We may ask you to provide enough detail for us to reasonably verify your identity and understand your request. We aim to respond within 45 days; if we need more time (up to 90 days total), we'll notify you of the extension and the reason for it. Handling your request doesn't normally cost you anything on our end — the exception is if a request is clearly over the top, repeated needlessly, or without real basis, in which case we'll tell you upfront why a charge applies before moving forward.

11. Children's Privacy

Deep Cleaner & Security isn't built with anyone under 13 in mind, and we don't go looking for personal information from that age group. Should it come to our attention that someone under 13 has slipped us personal information anyway, our next step is to wipe it from our systems without delay. Parents or guardians who suspect this has happened with their child are welcome to get in touch at help@yuexiqf.com so we can look into it and resolve it. Teens between 13 and 16 get to decide for themselves whether to opt in to certain data uses described elsewhere in this Policy, and a parent or guardian is free to reach out on that teen's behalf as well.

12. International Data Transfers

Because our service providers and partners operate in multiple countries, data obtained through the Services may be processed in a country other than the one in which you reside, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.

13. Third-Party Partner Policies

The links below lead to the privacy policies of the analytics and advertising partners integrated into the App. These companies control their own data practices, and we encourage you to review each policy directly.

14. Changes to This Policy

Data obtained under this Policy is governed by the version in effect at the time it was obtained. We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide notice appropriate to the circumstances — for example, an in-app notice or an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
